We tend to lean to our own understanding of others. He orders our steps, not ourselves. When we lean to our own understanding and veer from His path, we open ourselves up to suffer the consequences of that choice. God is still faithful. If we become quiet and seek His voice, He’ll lead us out of our wilderness.

Valerie Simon, CDVHC

Certified Domestic Violence H.E.L.P. Coach

Minister, Author, Speaker, Yoni Practicioner

North and South Carolina

Valerie Simon was born and raised within the Brooklyn borough of New York City.  Most of her childhood was spent living in poverty within the Fort Greene projects of Brooklyn with the exception of the time spent living in foster care in Queens, New York City.  Although she was born in a big city, when she moved to North Carolina and had children it was then when she experienced a personal tragedy that provoked her into Community activism.  Instead of wallowing in her tragedy, Valerie took it upon herself to positively impact her community.

After a painful divorce Valerie relocated back up north to the garden state of new jersey where she began to awaken in awareness of the unique calling on her life. God’s Divine Purpose began to reveal itself to Valerie. On September 26, 2016, Valerie relocated back to North Carolina after experiencing a health challenge that resulted in her fighting for her life on life support. On May 19, 2018 Valerie birthed AGAINST ALL ODDZ. Shortly after the birthing of AAOZ God spoke to her to add, “Still I RISE”. This movement has become her passon and ministry platform where she operates her God given purpose as a licensed and ordained Minister leading and guiding others to live and lead a purposeful LIFE AGAINST ALL ODDZ.

Valerie is committed to promoting total wellness and balanced wholeness within the mind, body and soul to those dedicated to their healing process.
